Transformational leadership and patient safety in hospital

This study examines to make up this significant gap in the existing literature. Using a cross-sectional sample consisting of 240 nurses hospitals Uzbekistan and structural model, with random sampling technique by employing explanatory, causal design was used test developed framework. Quantitative data collected using questionnaires, survey instruments were distributed hand among private public sector, we find that nurses’ perceived safety culture (SC) decision-making capacity (DMC) act as important mechanisms linking TL PS. Meanwhile, locus control (LC) moderates effect on SC DMC such way is more salient for internal LC than external LC. paper contribution, individuals high are affected TL, generate can better develop DMC.
